Alan is responsible for the strategic development of LHW. In his 30 years with the firm, he has always prioritised teamwork and open communication. The goal is a customer-centred organisation where team members love coming to work and sharing in life’s trials and tribulations. Alan has built a team of caring professionals who are passionate about helping clients understand what “Freedom to Live” means to them.
Outside the office his interests are largely sporting and family. He represented his country as an international cricketer and rugby referee. Sport and family life are intertwined in the Lewis household.
